Delivery Information

You can schedule delivery for a specific day of your choice by selecting the date from the listing before adding to cart. Delivery will occur anytime between 10am to 4pm, if you require your order to arrive before a certain time or have a specific timeframe, please contact info@balloonbutlers.com.au to enquire if this is a possibility, we will generally accommodate. 

Please consider your delivery address and ensure that the correct details have been entered at checkout. Any incorrect or invalid address will incur a redelivery fee of the correct address and will be rescheduled for the next day.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS when your order is dispatched, along with an estimated arrival timeframe and a picture of the finished product. Balloon Butlers will take all reasonable care to transport the goods and ensure it's perfect condition upon delivery.

If you intend to transport the goods, please mention it under 'special request' upon check out so we could provide you with a transport box for hampers, or transport bag for helium balloons, for your safe transport. 

Balloon Butlers will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage once it is in the care of the recipient's hands. 

Balloon Butlers reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order. You will be contacted directly in the event of this occurring.
