Do you offer delivery outside of Melbourne?

At present our balloon arrangements are hand-delivered with the utmost care, exclusively within Melbourne and surrounding areas. Alas, we do not yet voyage beyond - be it Sydney, interstate, or overseas. Should your location be in question, simply enquire, and we shall gladly clarify. Perhaps one day, Zac himself shall make the grand journey with balloons in tow!

What days do you deliver, and what time shall my order arrive?

At Balloon Butlers, we deliver our puffed-up delights seven days a week, including weekends and selected public holidays because joy waits for no calendar.As for delivery times, our couriers operate between 8am to 6pm. While we cannot guarantee an exact hour, rest assured; your order shall arrive within that window, handled with the care of a white-gloved footman on royal duty.Should you have a specific time request, do let us know at checkout; we shall do our very best to honor it, though we cannot promise miracles.

How is delivery calculated?

Our delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our humble home studio in Wantirna, Victoria. The further the journey, the more gallant the effort required to deliver your puffed-up joy.Delivery fees ranges from $15 to $60 depending on the radius. The exact fee will be displayed during checkout once you've entered your delivery address.For those nearby or wishing to drop by, pickup is absolutely free from our Wantirna studio; simply select that option at checkout and we shall have your arrangement ready with a tip of the hat.

What if no one is home when my order is delivered?

Should our courier arrive to find the residence unattended, we shall do one of the following based on the safety of the surroundings and your delivery instructions:Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot near the front door.Contact you to confirm instructions or alternative arrangements.If neither is possible, the arrangement may be returned to our studio for re-delivery (additional fees may apply)

At Balloon Butlers, we pride ourselves on delivering joy, not disappointment. However, as our arrangements are handcrafted, fragile, and rather puff-sensitive by nature, returns are only accepted under certain noble circumstances.If your balloons arrive popped, deflated otherwise visibly distressed, do reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph if you please. We shall investigate with utmost grace and issue a replacement or store credit, depending on the case.Alas, due to perishable and bespoke nature of our creations, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if balloons have been left to battle the elements unsheltered.

Can I exchange an item?

As our balloon arrangement are custom-made, handcrafted and rather sensitive to the elements (and time itself), we regret to inform you that exchanges are not typically possible unless there has been a clear error or mishaps on our part.If your order arrived damage or incorrect, do let us know within 24 hours, accompanied by a photo if you please. In such cases, Zac shall gladly see to a replacement or suitable remedy.However, for change-of-mind situations or personal preferences, we humbly ask for your understanding; each creation is prepared uniquely for you, and cannot be puffed back into the box.

Can I cancel my order?

Ah the winds of change; how swiftly they blow! Should you find yourself needing to cancel an order, do notify us with haste and honor. If your order has not been prepared or dispatched, we shall gladly process your cancellation and arrange a full refund.However, once the balloons have been lovingly assembled or set on their noble delivery path, we regret to say that cancellations may no longer be possible. We humbly ask that all cancellations be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery, wherever possible.

This is perfectly normal, and simply a sign that the celebration has begun to fade into a fond memory.
